Freshman Resident Students
Freshman resident students are NOT permitted to bring a vehicle to the JCSU campus unless they serve in a military branch or have off-campus employment. Violation of this and other University policies could result in a violation of the Student Judicial Code of Conduct and or the vehicle being towed at the owner's expense.
The following documents are needed in addition to the Parking Registration Form (located under Handouts) in order to obtain a parking decal:
- Proof of insurance
- Car registration
- Driver's License
- Receipt of Payment

Secondary Decal

Replacement Decal: If you can bring the whole part or part of the decal from the vehicle you replace, there is NO CHARGE for the replacement. If you are unable to, the cost is $30

No student shall park in any Faculty/Staff parking lots between the hours of 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday, unless otherwise noted. This will be enforced 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
