Applicants interested in our Advanced Standing program are encouraged to submit their application packets prior to this deadline, given the summer session is still scheduled to begin May 28th. Additionally, our program is preparing to begin the summer academic session in the online format, with hopes of transitioning to a full ground or hybrid format at the duration of the crisis.

Masters of Social Work graduate applications will be reviewed three times during the academic year. This new process is to encourage applicants to submit their completed packets (all required materials described above) as soon as possible for review. All completed application packets received by the specified review date will be reviewed and a decision likely rendered to the applicant by the end of the corresponding month of the review. Currently, applications are only being accepted for Fall and Summer admissions. We do not have a Spring admission. Summer admission is for applicants seeking entry into the Part-Time or Advanced Standing programs. Fall admission is for applicants seeking entry into the Two-Year program. Future graduate programs at the university may have earlier application deadlines than those specified by the MSW Program. Therefore, applicants are asked to adhere to the specific deadlines established by the program for which they are applying.
