CHARLOTTE - Johnson C. Smith University men's and women's track team opens the 2023-24 indoor track and field season this weekend in Lynchburg, Virginia, competing in the Liberty Kick-Off event held in the Brant Tolsma Indoor Track at the Liberty Indoor Track Complex on December 1, and competing in the Winston-Salem College Kick-off event held in the JDL Indoor Fast Track on December 2.

Charlotte, NC - The Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) announces the 2023-24 All-CIAA Preseason Women's Bowling Team and Predicted Order of Finish voted on by the CIAA Bowling Coaches Associations and the Sports Information Directors Association. CIAA Player of the Year and Rookie of the Year Brooke Smith (Shaw) leads the list.

ATLANTA - Ciara Harris had an impressive game with 21 points, and Kelis Carmon contributed significantly with 18 points, as the Golden Bulls of Johnson C Smith University defeated the rams of Albany State, 74-63 Saturday afternoon in the CIAA-SIAC Challenge hosted by Clark Atlanta University.
