 Former students, we are glad you are interested in returning to finish what you started at JCSU. The following information is for your use as you reapply. A student who has withdrawn and who subsequently seeks readmission must submit an application through the Office of Admissions. Reentering students must receive notice of their approval before they can return to the University.

Graduate Applicants
 Students who wish to attend Johnson C. Smith University's graduate school must first submit a graduate application form to the Admissions Office. A completed application will include an information form, purpose statement, recommendations, official transcripts from all institutions attended, and a processing fee of $40.00.
