Help
Following are the steps to log into your JCSU Web Portal account. There you can view you classes, revise required courses, add or drop classes, pay your account online, develop major projection, and print your transcripts before or upon graduation.
 
   2.   Login to JCSU Web Portal
  • User ID: Your 6-digit JCSU student ID number
  • Password: The assigned password you received in your email

If you're a prospective undergraduate or graduate student, browse the Admissions tab for information about Johnson C. Smith University. The JCSU website ( www.jcsu.edu ) i s also a valuable resource. If you're a current student, but do not know or forget your User ID and/or Password, you can rest your password yourself by clicking I forgot my password .
 
 
You can also contact the IT helpdesk at ext. 4357 or create an online help request by clicking on JCSU HelpDesk under the Quick Links on the left hand side if you need help with JCSU Web Portal access.
 
   3.   View and Edit Personal Information
Once successfully logged-on, you can click the Personal Information link to edit Password, Account Info, Photo, Biographical Info, Academic Info, etc.
