How to Register Online
Meet with your Academic Advisor for guidance on registering for classes. This way you are informed of what course you need to take and the amount of credit hours you should sign up for each semester in order to complete your degree in a timely manner.

If you are not financially cleared by the Business Office by the deadline date on your billing notice your class schedule WILL BE DELETED and you will not be permitted to attend classes.

   1.   Login into your JCSU Web Portal account
   2.   Select the Students tabs
   3.   Select Add/Drop under Course Resources
   4.   Select the Term from the drop menu
   5.   Select Course Search to search for courses
   6.   Select or fill at least on of the following
         a.   Type in Title , if known
         b.   Type in Course Code (prefix #), if known
         c.   Select Term , if necessary
         d .   Select Division (undergrad/grad)
 
To Add a Course:
    1.    Select Add button to the left of the course.
    2.   Click Add Courses button at the bottom of the page.
    3.   You will be able to see You Schedule at the bottom of the newly loaded page.
 
To Drop a Course:
    1.    You can drop classes in the  Add/Drop page.
    2.   Scroll down to view Your Schedule.
    3.   Select Drop button to the left of the course and click on the Drop Selected Courses button.
    4.   When the page loads again, the selected courses should no longer be visible.
 
 
Course Needs
View the courses you will need to take to complete your declared program. You can do so by accessing the Degree Audit portlet. Here is how to get there:
    1.   Click the Students tab
    2.   Click Degree Audit located under Informational Resources.
    3.   Click View Details located under My Degree Progress.
    4.   Finally, click on your major and a list of completed and needed courses will prompt.
