The Department of Information Technology we will supporting students/users remotely beginning March 27. 

Please email us at helpdesk@jcsu.edu technical support issues such as VPN connection problems, email issues etc. Please email us at eLearning@jcsu.edu for issues with Canvas. You can also call 704.330.1300 for assistance. Please leave your student ID number, name, phone number and issue you are experiencing. We will return your call as soon as possible between the hours of  8 am and 8 pm.

This includes general technical support and JCSU Canvas Support. If you require immediate assistance or assistance after 8 pm please contact the 24/7 Support line at  Canvas by calling 1-844-414-5047.

 By leveraging the JCSU Web Portal: 

  • Prospective Students can engage in the admissions process, from application through enrollment.
  • Current Students will access their academic records, student financial data, news feed, course evaluations and University information.
  • Faculty will retrieve student information, degree audits, institutional policies and announcements.
  • Staff can explore resource materials, forms, training guides, and directory information.
