Winston-Salem, N.C. – The Johnson C. Smith University indoor track & field team returns to JDL Fast Track for the third time this indoor season to compete in the Camel City Invitational. Events begin Friday at 1:00 p.m. with the 60 and high jump, extending through the 1600 relay at 7:05 p.m.

CHARLOTTE - The Johnson C. Smith University men's and women's basketball team will resume action at home on Wednesday, Feb. 1 when the Golden Bulls welcomes the Panthers of Virginia Union University Saint Augustine's University for a CIAA Southern Division matchup at 5:30 p.m. inside historic Jack S. Brayboy Gymnasium.

CHARLOTTE – Le'Zarea Bowens poured a game-high 21 points and grabbed 17 rebounds to help lift the Johnson C. Smith University women's basketball team to a 65-52 victory over Claflin University on Saturday afternoon. The win improves JCSU to 8-11, 4-6 on the season while VUU falls to 9-10, 3-8 on the year.

CHARLOTTE - Johnson C. Smith University men's basketball team suffered its second loss of the week by the hands Claflin University by a margin of 67-64 Saturday afternoon. With the loss, JCSU stands (6-13, 2-8 in CIAA) and Claflin is 15-4 overall and 7-4in the league.
