The JCSU Technology Help Desk is available to help you with technology related questions or problems. You can call, make a request through the Service Desk, or just drop by.

Monday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
 
Tuesday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
 
Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
 
Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
 
Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Assistance after walk-in hours will be provided from the circulation desk in accordance with library hours.

How To PDFs

For you convenience, here are some quick instructions on how to solve commonly asked questions.

The following instructions will assist you in accessing your JCSU voicemail remotely. Note: This will only work on the extensions that have been assigned a voice mailbox.

Procedure:

  1. From any line, dial 704 371 6800
  2. Once the automated message begins, press the * key
  3. Enter your mailbox number followed by the * key; Ex. 6500* or 6800*
  4. When prompted, enter your VM passcode

You will then be taken to the Main Menu Options, where you can check voice messages or change your greeting. The attached PDF highlights all of the options available to you is below.
