SWK 490 Field Experience Twelve credit hours
A modified block placement course designed to assist student in acquiring first-hand knowledge of social work practices in community agencies through active, professional work experiences four days per week in preselected agency settings. Prerequisites: All required courses except SWK 435 and 438 which are taken concurrently with Field Experience.
