This course is designed to meet the needs of first year students at Johnson C. Smith University, including entering freshman as well as transfer students. The course aims to foster academic success, facilitate student engagement and connection with JCSU experience, and to prepare and assist students in their personal growth and development as they forge intellectual and professional identities. This course satisfies a foundation requirement in Liberal Studies curriculum.
