Description
This introductory course is designed to promote student understand of the intricacy of the concept of leadership while creating meaningful and significant learning experiences. This course is an interpersonal leadership journey of self-discovery; using a variety of self-assessments and reflections activities. Students will identify personal motivators, ethics, and values and the effects leadership practices. This course satisfies the pillar requirements in the Liberal Studies curriculum. There are no prerequisites or requirements for this course.
