MKT 431 Supply Chain Management Three credit hours

This course provides a comprehensive study of the concepts, processes, and strategies used in the development and management of global
supply chains. Supply-chain management (SCM) is a systems approach to managing the entire flow of information, materials, and services from raw material suppliers through factories and warehouses to the final end-customer. Specific topics include global supply chain management, procurement, electronic commerce, information technologies, and logistics activities. SCM represents a philosophy of doing business that stresses processes and integration. Prerequisite: MKT 334.
