MGT 335 Leadership and Organizational Change Three credit hours
This course focuses on the influence of leadership, motivation, group dynamics, communications, and change on effective and efficient
utilization and development of human resources emphasizing the role of a leader as a change agent. Prerequisite: MGT 333.
