Description

HED 434 Methods and Materials in Teaching Health Education Three credit hours

This course is designed to provide the student with the opportunity to develop knowledge and competencies in the use of effective methods
of teaching health education and the effective use of resources. Best practices as they relate to the National Health Education Standards, the
North Carolina Standard Course of Study, and educational technology are also a part of this course. Prerequisite: Health Education 333. Corequisite
EDU 312 (must be taken concurrently).
