HED 121 Personal Health * Two credit hours

A lecture course discussing topics such as preventive health care, nutrition, coping in today?s society, decision making, diseases,
drugs, love and the human life cycle, etc. This course satisfies the general education requirement for majors and non-majors.
*Satisfies Liberal Studies Requirement.
