Description
This course is designed to prepare elementary teachers to teach social studies in the elementary school. This course will focus on social studies content, pedagogy, technology, diversity issues,; standards based education, and field experiences. This course will be taught as part of a senior learning community block. Prerequisite: Admission to Teacher Education.
