Description
BUS 335 Legal Environment of the Firm Three credit hours
A study of the legal settings of business organization including ethical consideration of managers, shareholders and consumers. Topics covered
include torts, contracts, consumer credit, corporations, employer employee relationships, etc. Prerequisite: ENG 132.
