BIO 422 Laboratory Projects in Biology Two credit hours
Laboratory investigation designed to allow the student to become more actively involved in biological research either by participating in faculty
designed projects or by pursuing individual interests approved by the Department Chair. Progress reports, discussions, and presentation of
results are required. Credit for this course can also be earned by outside research in industry, government, or academic settings. Requires a
minimum of 80 hours of work time for two credit hours. May be repeated for credit upon approval of the Department Chair; however a maximum of three hours of BIO 422-430 credit may be applied to the Biology major or minor or General Science major requirements.
