MTH 136 Introductory Statistics Three credit hours
Descriptive and inferential statistics. Frequency distributions, population and samples, measures of central tendencies and variation.
Probability, normal, t, and chi distributions. Hypothesis testing, estimations and confidence intervals. Linear regression.
Prerequisite: MTH 131 or by placement.
