MSCI 3102 Applied Team Leadership Three credit hours
Uses increasingly intense situational leadership challenges to build cadet awareness and increase skills in leading tactical operations
up to platoon level. Cadets review aspects of combat, stability, and support operations. They also conduct military briefings and develop
proficiency in garrison operation orders. Includes instruction in platoon operations, stability and support operations, and garrison orders. Designed to prepare third-year students to perform effectively in the Leadership Development and Assessment Course (LDAC). Prerequisite: MSCI 3101. Co-requisite: MSCI 3102L. Participation in leadership lab is required. (Spring Semester Only)
