MSCI 1102 Introduction to Leadership One credit hour
Overview of leadership fundamentals such as setting direction, problem-solving, listening, presenting briefs, providing feedback, and
using effective writing skills. Cadets explore dimensions of leadership values, attributes, skills, and actions in the context of practical, handson,
and interactive exercises. Includes instruction in basic tactics.Co-requisite: MSCI 1102L. Participation in leadership lab is required.There is no military obligation to take this course. (Spring Semester Only)
