FRE 430 French Civilization
Three credit hours
Introduction to the history, art, and social institutions from the beginnings through the twentieth century as
primary forces in the development of French culture. Special attention to contemporary France. Conducted
in French. Prerequisite: FRE 331 or permission of instructor.
