Description

CRM 437 American Criminal Courts Three Credits

This course is an in-depth examination of American jurisprudence, including the history, evolution, and structure of the American criminal courts system. Trends in American Courts systems, such as Domestic Violence and Drug Courts will be addressed. This course will also examine the issues and challenges in the criminal court process. Prerequisite: CRM 130.
