Description
CRIM 131 Introduction to Criminal Justice Three credit hours
This course is designed to introduce the student to the criminal justice system in America. It will provide a comprehensive survey of current theories and practices in the field of criminal justice. Included in the course will be a study of the principle functions of law enforcement agencies, courts, and correctional institutions, as well as a survey of criminology theory. (Offered Fall and Spring Semesters).
